Hopefully, you want to be the best paralegal there is. But there are many options, and sometimes we get bogged down with work. Who has time to think about career development? This presentation has tips on how to develop your career to the maximum potential – whether you are new to the field, or have been working for many years and need to perk up your interest. The presentation will outline resources, things to do, and how to go about making yourself more marketable. How to prepare for change and how to keep enjoyment in your work environment will also be covered.
