Every case tells a story, particularly those cases that go to hearing or trial. A storyboard can be utilized in both criminal and civil matters, especially when complex issues are involved.  Presented in case scenario fashion, this course will cover useful tools and techniques that a paralegal can utilize to create a unique “storyboard” as a key visual aid for enhanced client representation and understanding by the judge or jury.
