Did you know that the terms “merger” and “acquisitions” are not interchangeable? And what is “due diligence” anyway?

This course aims at participants who have no, little or very limited M&A deal experience.  Participants will be provided with a board overview of corporate mergers and acquisitions, and an understanding of the due diligence process.  The course covers the M&A process, the different types of  mergers and acquisitions, the fundamentals of the asset or stock transaction, and how to successfully manage the due diligence process.

Sharon A.
