This intermediate level presentation will focus on identifying subtleties within the medical records to assist in proving your case.  Examples will be discussed including lab reports and expected values, considering the health care providers’ rationale for ordering tests, creating timelines for prescriptions and vital signs, filtering useful medical information, and other techniques for using the medical records to bolster your case.  Several handouts and a list of helpful resources will be provided.
