This presentation will offer a general overview and
introduction to E-discovery, with particular attention to the changing
roles of paralegals in this area. The material will cover what
paralegals need to know about developing standards for retaining and
preserving e-mail, and will cover the relationship of e-mail and
attorney-client privilege. The presentation will deal with document
production in electronic format, and a number of cases dealing with this
issue and new technology will be reviewed.
What past participants have said:

our outside counsel.
