Do you have too little time and too much to do? Do you
procrastinate? Do you suffer from information overload? Has the word
“no” disappeared from your vocabulary? This course will focus on
procrastination, prioritizing, and planning, as well as goal setting and
scheduling. Participants will identify time-wasters, weaknesses and
habits that sabotage their ability to manage their time and keep their
lives in balance. Time management techniques for professional and
personal success will be offered and participants will concentrate on
choosing realistic goals to regain control of their lives.
What past participants have said:
I really liked the tips on how to change my behavior to better manage
the time I have.
